Upon Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and Training, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) works towards improving the performance and profitability of an organization by increasing process efficiency and eliminating waste. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) understands the basic objectives and methods of a Six Sigma project. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) is supposed to have an elementary understanding about what other Lean Six Sigma Belts viz. Lean Six Sigma Green Belts (LSSGB), Lean Six Sigma Black Belts (LSSBB) and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts (LSSMBB) are doing to help them succeed.

Supervisors, Managers, Directors and sometimes Executives are usually trained at the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt level.

Program Registration Date: The registration for Lean Six Sigma program will close 48 hours before the scheduled program date or on reaching the maximum number of participants for that program.

Process of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification & Training Program:

Register for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and Training program.
We will send you the Pre-Learning Material as a softcopy which you should go through before the program.
We will send you the links for a) downloading the Complete Courseware as a softcopy b) for attending the training program and c) for taking the Online exam.
Attend the program between 10:00hrs to 16:00hrs Indian Standard Time (+5.30hrs GMT) from anywhere in the world.
Take the Online Exam (Comprising of 30 Multiple Choice Questions) and score more than 70%.
You will receive the soft copy of your Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate within 2-3 working days after clearing the exam
