Visit of our TPM consultants

A qualified consultant will be assigned for your organisation who will be an expert in TPM. These TPM consultants will regularly visit your organization based on the interval that is mutually agreed upon.

During each visit of the consultant, previous visit’s assignment will be reviewed and specific guidelines and assignments will be given based on the plant visit and pillar performance. Your team will be required to complete this assignment before the next visit of the consultant.

Your team will have adequate time to interact and learn from our consultant during his/her visit.
Depending on the organisation’s requirement, consultant’s visit can also be utilised for the purpose of training the employees.
