Consultancy For SMED

A qualified consultant will be assigned for your organisation who will be an expert in SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die). The consultant will regularly visit your organization based on the interval that is mutually agreed upon.

During each visit of the consultant, performance of the various projects will be reviewed and specific guidelines and techniques will be explained in order to facilitate the change process. Assignment will be given by the consultant which has to be worked upon by your team.

Your team will have adequate time to interact and learn from our consultant during his/her visit.
