A CTQ is a Product or Service characteristic that satisfies a Customer Requirement OR Process Requirement

• Project CTQ

Since these CTQ’s are not necessarily meant for issues pertaining to quality so it is also referred to as CTx’s where x can be quality, cost, delivery etc.
