Cycle Time
- The time from one completed output to the next completed output for a specific step.
- Cycle time can have two components
- Value added cycle time
- Non value added Cycle Time
- Example:
- When you visit a burger store to purchase burger, the time you start placing the order, till the time you get your order, this time is called as cycle time.
